Tree planting to improve community space

The Honeywood Residents Group, City of Kwinana and Satterley are hosting a Tree Planting Day on Sunday 23 July to assist in improving the understorey and habitat for local wildlife species in the Bushland Reserve south of Litchfield Circle.

This event will be an opportunity for the community to get together to enhance the look of the area and also contribute to reducing the impacts of climate change.

Honeywood Tree Planting Day is a family-friendly event held on Sunday 23 July from 9.00am to 12.00pm.

All equipment will be provided along with lunch and tea/coffee.

Participants will also receive a $5 voucher for the Local Farmer’s Market, Honeywood.
